We are currently searching for energetic and caring people who want to enhance the lives of people experiencing disabilities! Join our team as an Individual Support Specialist (ISS), where you will provide direct support to individuals who experience developmental and physical disabilities. This position focuses on teaching and modeling skills that foster independence and community integration as outlined in the Plan of Care.
ISS will be providing respite, in home support and day hab services. Hours per week could range from 25-40 hours, days/shifts may vary. Potential for staff to become benefit eligible.

All available positions require availability on the weekends and holidays. Most schedules offer afternoon and evening hours and vary by location. Some positions may include outdoor activities, swimming, arts & crafts, and participating in community events.
