The Senior Payroll Specialist provides services to Hope support recipients through their work in performing a variety of preparatory and quality assurance duties in the Payroll department to assure timely processing of employee timecards, payments, and required Federal and State reporting. This position provides timely and accurate reports for distribution to directors and supervisors to assist with identifying training needs. The Senior Payroll Specialist possesses the knowledge and skill competency to serve as the primary contact for the Payroll department and acts as an advisor and trainer to the Payroll Specialist. This position performs job duties with a high degree of accuracy, independence, confidentiality and professional judgment.
