The Training Assistant provides services to Hope support recipients through their work in assisting the training team in the planning, coordinating, scheduling and tracking of Agency professional development and training activities. This includes managing processes related to course sign-up, attendance, data entry, document management, and quality assurance. Responsibilities also include scheduling training space, preparing materials and communicating with instructors. The Training Assistant maintains and organizes class materials and completes data entry into the human resources information system (HRIS) and other systems in a timely manner. The Training Assistant maintains loyalty to the organization, its beliefs, values, mission, vision, and expectations, and to the recipients of services.
