The Family Network Assistant Coordinates and executes the internal and external communications efforts of the Child and Family Supports (CFS) team. This position ensures communication flow through proficient, timely, and accurate dissemination of information to all Hope stakeholders including parents and/or guardians, department staff, and all other Agency programs. The Family Network Assistant ensures excellent customer service is delivered to stakeholders by creating and maintaining a professional atmosphere in appearance, work product, and interpersonal exchanges. Their outreach efforts and activities are directed towards all families of children with special needs as well as affiliated partners. Outreach includes drafting emails, newsletters, and collateral materials for the CFS stakeholders; as well as distribution of information and events through approved social media platforms intended to attract and engage families.
